Pricing FAQs

Are there any hidden fees?

No. For clients, the platform is free. For providers, the only fee is the 10% platform fee on completed bookings. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or cancellation fees.

How does provider payment work?

When a client pays for a service, the funds are held securely. After the service is completed, the provider receives their payout (minus the 10% platform fee) through Stripe direct deposit.

Do you charge clients extra?

No. Clients pay the price set by the provider. Abatta Care does not add any additional fees to client payments.

Can providers set their own prices?

Yes, providers have full control over their service pricing. You can set hourly rates, per-visit fees, or custom pricing for each service you offer.
